Fulfillment Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY


Responsible to assist in all the fulfillment related activities like order management, dumps, substitutions, repositions, extending availability, Optimum deliveries using FIFO approach, site walks, shrink reports, plant quality inspections and records adjustments.  Strong focus on inter-department order management to ensure fulfillment rates over 96%.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Support the fulfillment department by partnering and coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, Production and Growing on all orders, programs, and procedures to ensure high fulfillment rates.
  • Participate and Lead site walks to identify potential order fulfillment problems.
  • Review periodically the Order Fulfillment Checklist to ensure Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, Inventory, Patching, Growing and Shipping are following the routine activities and deadlines.
  • Check cancelation log for adds and any potential dumps.
  • Weekly review of the blanket order and maintain only required items.
  • Provide in a daily or weekly basis the correspondent schedule comment in the system to address any order management action or suggestion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • High school diploma
  • Previous supervisory agriculture industry experience (Desired)
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Site walks indoors and outdoors, in seasonal temperatures and
  • Sitting at desk for long periods of time.

PAY RANGE


$22 - $23 per hour

  • $16-$18
  • $19.5 - $21.5
