The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for coordinating merchandising-administrative tasks and communication between the Home Office, the field team, and third-party vendors. The position is responsible for updating, analyzing, and reporting on merchandising metrics to field supervisors and SGI management.  The Merchandising Coordinator acts as the main point of contact with third-party vendors on administrative matters.

• Collects and communicates delivery information from vendors to merchandising team
• Collects and organizes vendors submissions of ship and scan data timely on a monthly basis
• Updates and publishes Culling Dashboard weekly and report on culling and discounting metrics
• Tracks and reports on merchandising hours performance vs. budget, by territory and overall SGI
• Builds merchandising presentations for SGI, and Weekend Readiness decks for customers and vendors as required
• Manages and organizes incoming pictures and picture library
• Liaison between SGI and vendors regarding vendor payment issues
• Communicates reported store inventory concerns to vendors
• Ad-hoc analysis on culling, discounting, sell-through and overall store performance
• Participates in market walks on a regular basis

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive customer service attitude

• Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• 3-5 years administrative/business experience

• Office environment, long hours sitting in front of a computer
• Walking, reaching, lifting (20 pounds max) and climbing stairs

$23 - $25 per hour
