Luis joined PP&L team just over a year ago as part of the growing team. From day one Luis has been executing lead and supervisor level tasks all with a level of professionalism employers dream to find in their team. He is reliable, consistent, driven, proficient, and focused at all times. His clear communication and constant smile make him easy and fun to work with. Luis has brought with him the ability to quickly pick up a greenhouse task and in-turn train others to properly and safely execute the greenhouse job. He is respectful, readily available, and ready to put his best foot forward for his team and PP&L.

Mario came to PP&L with over 12 years of growing experience making him a natural fit. He joined the team and immediately put his experience to work, taking over several urgent tasks needed for the supervisors and leads throughout the growing department. He is incredibly timely often completing his work faster than expected, but with the great care and detail needed to create healthy plants. He is a leader with a grounded and patient attitude that has aided in the onboarding and educating of many new hires. Mario’s communication is clear and his attitude and respect to his peers is always positive.
